Return diamonds
Send the diamonds back to us using our pre-paid secure packaging as soon as your event is over.
After the candles have been blown out and the party is over, pack the jewellery up in the same packaging in which it was delivered and store it somewhere secure until the first business day after the event.
Then simply pop it into the pre-paid pre-addressed Special Delivery envelope that was included in your delivery package, and take it to any Post Office for return to Diamondthrills.
If you are disappearing on your honeymoon then just ask someone else – someone responsible please! – to take the package to the Post Office; it doesn’t have to be you, and there’s nothing to pay: return postage is pre-paid.
We will let you know as soon as the diamonds are back in our hands and we’ll credit the temporary security deposit back to your card the same day.
Choose – Reserve – Receive – Enjoy – Return: It’s as simple as that!
