Receive diamonds
The diamonds will be securely delivered to your door in good time for your special occasion.
A couple of days before the date of your event, your reserved piece(s) of diamond jewellery will be despatched to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery (or if practical, for example if you’re in the London area, delivered to you by hand).
So for a Saturday wedding we will arrange for the diamonds to be delivered to you on the Thursday or Friday. You will need to make arrangements for someone responsible to be available to sign for the delivery if Special Delivery is used.
Shortly before we send the jewellery to you we will charge your credit or debit card with the balance (75%) of the Hire Price, plus a temporary Security Deposit which is 10% of the retail value of the jewellery. We reserve the right to charge a higher Security Deposit in certain circumstances.
When you receive the jewellery, take a good look at it and try it on. If you are not entirely satisfied then our promise to you is that you can have a 100% refund of all charges, so long as you undertake to return the jewellery to us without delay (i.e. before your special occasion).
