Once you have made your selection, click through to our simple form which will collect some basic information about you, your chosen piece of jewellery and the date that you would like to hire it. We don’t ask for any payment at this stage and there is no commitment whatsover.
We will quickly check your requirements in order to make sure that your chosen piece is available on your chosen date, and we will get back to you to confirm this very quickly — certainly within 24 hours and often within minutes.
If this is your first contact with Diamondthrills then we will need to carry out some basic identity checks in order to satisfy ourselves that you are who you say you are, but don’t worry: this is quite routine and is normally done very speedily without the need to come back to you for any further information.
Once everything is agreed then we will ask for your credit or debit card details so that we can collect a deposit which is 25% of the Hire Price, or we’ll collect the full Hire Price if your event is less than 7 days away.
