Diamondthrills jewellery adorns red carpet at 2010 Oscars in Hollywood

London 8 March 2010 – Diamondthrills this morning supplied a number of items of diamond jewellery worn on the red carpet in Hollywood.

Susanna Reid, who presented the live breakfast-time coverage for the BBC, was adorned throughout the broadcast the following three pieces of Diamondthrills jewellery:

Lakshmi peardrop hoop earrings

Eros Journey pendant

Aphrodite bangle

Susanna’s diamond jewellery on the night had a combined value of around £20,000.

The broadcast came live from the red carpet at the Vanity Fair party immediately following the ceremony, where Susanna was seen interviewing 2010 Academy Award nominees and winners including Carey Mulligan (for her role in An Education) and Jeff Bridges (for his role in Crazy Heart).

After the event Susanna told Diamondthrills that the diamonds “looked gorgeous”, and Jamie Mordaunt, Managing Director of Diamondthrills, said “I am really pleased that in our very first few months of operation we have seen some of our fabulous diamond jewellery make it all the way to Hollywood for perhaps the most glamorous occasion of them all.”
